How HSPT Tutoring Helps in Your HR Department
How HSPT Tutoring Helps in Your HR DepartmentThe 'H' stands for human performance. This is the 'T' stands for Time and the 'P' stands for purpose. For a company, H stands for Human Performance and T stands for Time. This is where the Higher Self (ES) and you (T) fit perfectly. The Divine Self (HS) and human performance are aligned in the way we operate in this life. If you compare what we all do here on Earth to what we can do when we are in a spiritual environment, then you will see that our results are significantly better in an environment that is positive, happy, and fulfilling. However, it should also be noted that the human spirit is capable of immense transformation is necessary in order to experience true happiness. That is why so many people who work in HR fail to achieve this. It is because they spend their entire lives in a negative state of being! In my consulting practice, I have seen this happen over again. Sometimes it seems as if time is being consumed by some boss or s upervisor. What I have observed is that in spite of tremendous organizational effort and dedication, the organization becomes disorganized as a result of the supervisor's blocking or time bounding activities. At the same time, he/she gets very little to show for it. As time goes on, both the company and the supervisor get farther apart. The individual has to come to terms with the fact that, in the absence of HSPT tutoring, the time that the person would have spent in the Higher Self, just like in HSPT sessions, would have been wasted. In order to maintain proper internal functioning, the person needs to continue to receive guidance. He/she needs to continue to practice the lesson learned through HSPT tutoring. This is what is meant by 'higher thinking'higher thinking', which is really a part of the larger program of HSPT tutoring. The purpose of HSPT or Higher Thinking/Tutoring is to align the higher self and the human performance. It is how the Higher Self has been changed into High er Thinking/Tutoring so that the person can retain the lesson learned in the Higher Self sessions.A person in a particular situation may respond to the external situation in a variety of ways. In other words, the person is not under control of his/her heart, mind and soul. One way to help alleviate the situation is to take a break and do a 'higher thinking'. For example, during work hours, the HR department can provide training for the employees about how to handle the situation in a more productive manner.Another way to help a person who is under stress is to use the principles of HSPT training to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the employees. The HR or Human Resources department can provide training materials that are relevant to the existing organization. This is what they refer to as 'corporate culture'.Finally, a good HR advisor should understand that HSPT tutoring is not about providing a placebo-type of advice or guidance. A mentor is one who understands the lesson s learned through HSPT sessions and provides support and guidance that are geared towards the improvement of performance and thus the general well-being of the employee. The HR staff can provide such a mentor. This is what the higher thinking/tutoring program is all about.
